By downloading, installing, or using DropMate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
DropMate is designed to help you collect and organize the files that arrive on your iPhone. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your device.
The App offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. All payments are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by DropMate and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, device malfunction, or damages arising from the use of the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
